1. Reservation and Payment:

- Package prices may differ. We encourage you to carefully check the inclusions and exclusions for each package before confirming your reservation.
- A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance must be settled prior to or on the day of the trip.
2. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Each tour package comes with its own set of cancellation guidelines. Please review the specific cancellation policy associated with your selected package.
- If eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 48 hours or applied as a credit toward your final payment, in accordance with the package’s cancellation terms.
- Tripdreamz enforces the cancellation policies as stated in the package details. Regardless of the circumstances, all cancellations are subject to the terms laid out, ensuring fairness and consistency across all bookings. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these policies.
- Cancellations will only be accepted via text message or WhatsApp from the registered phone number used for the booking.
3. Itineraries and Modifications:
- Our itineraries are carefully crafted to provide you with a remarkable experience, but please note that changes may occur due to unexpected factors such as weather, local events, or government regulations.
- Tripdreamz reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary to maintain the safety and quality of the trip.
- Should circumstances beyond our control impact transportation or accommodations, Tripdreamz will arrange suitable alternatives to ensure your comfort and satisfaction.
4. Health, Fitness & Age:
- For a safe and enjoyable experience, by joining our trips, you affirm that you are in good health and possess the physical fitness necessary for the activities included in your selected package.
- Please notify us of any medical conditions or dietary needs before booking to ensure we can accommodate your requirements.
- Participants must be between the ages of 15 and 40 to join our trips. If you wish to travel with someone outside this age range, please contact us for approval. Tripdreamz will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or other inconveniences caused during the trip.
5. Liability Declaration:
Tripdreamz cannot be held responsible for any incidental damages resulting from travel, such as missed transportation, missed connections, or any other related arrangements.
6. Photography and Media:
- Tripdreamz may capture photos and videos during the trip for marketing and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the Trip Captain and avoid being in the vicinity when media is being captured.
- By participating in the trip, you grant Tripdreamz the perpetual right to use and distribute these images and videos in any media format, including social media, websites, and advertising materials.
7. Privacy and Data Protection:
The personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to arrange your trip and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Communication by the Trip Captain:
- We encourage active communication with the Trip Captain for a more enriching and enjoyable journey.
- Your Trip Captain will share vital information about the itinerary, activities, and things to do during the trip.
- Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact the Trip Captain at any time throughout your journey.
9. Insurance and Indemnity:
- Health and life insurance are not included in our trip packages. Should any medical issues arise during your travels, it is the traveler’s responsibility to cover associated costs.
- By participating in our trips, you agree to indemnify Tripdreamz from any liabilities, damages, or claims arising from your involvement in the trip
10. Bus Travel Etiquettes:
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol are not permitted aboard our buses to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers.
- We expect all travelers to maintain the cleanliness of the bus and refrain from damaging or misusing any property onboard.
- Any damage caused to the bus will result in the responsible individual covering the repair costs.
11. Accommodation / Stay Etiquettes:
- Participants are responsible for the proper use of the accommodations (rooms, tents, cottages) during their stay.
- Any damage caused to the property will result in charges to cover repairs or replacement costs.
12. Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to treat fellow travelers and Tripdreamz staff with respect at all times.
- Participants are responsible for following local laws, customs, and regulations during the trip.
- Any disruptive, offensive, or dangerous behavior will lead to removal from the trip without a refund.
13. Trip Changes and Cancellation by Tripdreamz:
Tripdreamz reserves the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund.
